So where did the Kelowna Real Estate Buyers come from in October? The results of Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Boards OCTOBER 2015 Buyers Survey are now in.
A total of 169 respondents participated in this survey – representing 43% of the 391 OMREB sales representatives who acted as Buyers Agents, and provided 268 responses for 39% of the 682 deals closed on behalf of Buyers in September.
First Time buyers and Move up Buyers were a little busier again last month. Interestingly there were more local buyers than in previous months, as we do tend to see less ‘out of town’ buyers at this time of year, and couples without children were busier, which tends to indicate more ’empty nesters’, were active.
